Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Mungr, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.
Service description
Mungr is a browser-based data cleaning tool. All data processing occurs locally in your web browser. Mungr does not receive, store, or process your data files. The service provides a platform for creating and applying data transformation recipes, managing your account, and storing recipe metadata.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal activity
- Abuse free tier limits or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
- Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Subscription terms
Billing cycle
Subscriptions are billed on a monthly cycle. Your billing date is determined by the date of your initial subscription purchase.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day pro-rated refund for Pro plan subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us for a pro-rated refund of the unused portion.
Intellectual property
- You own your data and any recipes you create
- We own the Mungr platform, software, branding, and all associated intellectual property
- You grant us no rights to your data files, which never leave your browser
Privacy
Your use of Mungr is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data transformations performed by the tool. You are responsible for verifying the output of any data processing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mungr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
Service availability
We aim for best-effort 99.9% uptime for authentication and recipe storage services. Data processing availability is not subject to this target, as processing occurs entirely within your browser. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice.
Modifications to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
